Terms of Service

How bookings, cancellations and treatments work — last updated 15 May 2026.

Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. About these terms

By booking a treatment with Wild Rose Massage Shoreham you agree to the following terms. They’re here to keep things fair and clear for both of us. If anything is unclear please email wildrosemassage.uk@gmail.com before booking.

2. Bookings

Bookings are made online via the booking system, by phone (07766 295754), or by email. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive an email or text confirmation.

New clients should allow up to 15 minutes extra at their first appointment for a short consultation, so the treatment can be tailored safely.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: free cancellation or reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: a 50% charge may apply.
  • No-show / late arrival of more than 15 minutes: the full treatment fee is payable.

Life happens — if you’re unwell, please let us know as early as you can and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. We treat genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your treatment, by card or contactless. Some treatments may require a deposit at booking, which will be deducted from the final total or refunded if cancelled with sufficient notice.

5. Health, suitability and consent

Massage and holistic therapies are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please tell us about any health condition, medication, recent injury, surgery, allergy or skin sensitivity at booking and during consultation. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances (e.g. first trimester of pregnancy, active infections, undiagnosed pain) — we may decline a treatment in your interest.

Pregnancy massage is offered after the first trimester and with prior medical clearance where appropriate.

Teen Glow Facial is suitable for ages 16 and above. For under-16 treatments a parent or guardian must be present and a written consent form signed.

6. Gift vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Behaviour and respect

The treatment room is a private space. Inappropriate behaviour, language or requests will result in the immediate end of your treatment with full payment due, and no future bookings will be accepted.

8. Liability

We carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We are responsible for treatments delivered with the care expected of a qualified therapist. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment itself, except where law requires otherwise (e.g. for personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version effective at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
